For example: in drug treatment agencies, many urine-tests for drugs are worthless because workers are not allowed to witness the urine being passed, as apparently this would violate clients' human rights. So let's get out of Europe and return responsibilities to rights; because rights without responsibilities are like mercy without justice - meaningless.
