Unfortunately, with the way the world is going, salries/wages willbe under extreme pressure for a long time. In America ( OK they have millions of poverty striken Mexicans longing to work for nothing) actual workers real wages have not risen in more than 20 odd years. That's not the fat cats, of course, who are paid not what they are worth, but in an attempt to stop them looting the company for even more than they are paid legitimately. Too true.
